Donor Appreciation Policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide an orderly method of recognition for those who by their gifts have provided this ministry. We will endeavor to recognize each and every one of our sponsors’ gifts in an orderly manner and to preserve the memory of those who have made this ministry possible.

Each gift, no matter the amount, will be recognized in Book of Recognition to be maintained in a prominent position within our main building (upon its completion).

A Tree of Recognition will be installed in the lobby of our administrative building (upon its completion). Gifts will be acknowledged in the following ways:

The patron is to pledge to give one of the above amounts over a set period of time. Once the pledged amount is received, the appropriate object will be engraved or labeled (upon completion of construction). If the pledge is fully paid, the engraving and posting will be done immediately (assuming the appropriate place is ready for it’s posting).

The normal installment time for the objects would be one year; the normal installment time for the room would be two years, and the normal installment time for a hall, wing, or building would be five years, with the Board having the option to extend the time as appropriate.
