Designated Funds Policy

1. Acceptance

No funds designated for a purpose not authorized by the Board of Directors shall be accepted without prior approval of the Board of Directors. "Funds" for this purpose, includes anything of value, in whatever form, which is designated for a purpose not authorized by the Board of Directors.

2. Maintenance

Designated funds shall be maintained by the Treasurers in such a manner as to keep them separate until they are specifically expended for the purpose for which they were expressly accepted.
